Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead the technical architecture and design of complex back-end and front-end systems.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with a deep understanding of software design patterns.
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar database technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
