Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Jenkins and Docker
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Implement security best practices for PCI-compliant systems
- Drive cloud migrations to AWS with Terraform infrastructure-as-code
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Own feature delivery from conception to production deployment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
- Strong AWS/Azure cloud deployment experience
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Agile/Scrum methodology mastery
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience leading technical projects with 3+ developers
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system designs required
