Apex Tech Innovations is seeking a visionary Senior SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will own the SEO strategy, ensuring our technical infrastructure is optimized for search engines while crafting content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive site audits to identify and rectify technical issues, improve site speed, and enhance mobile usability to meet Google Core Web Vitals standards.
- Keyword Strategy: Lead end-to-end keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities and inform our content calendar.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with content creators and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into page structure, meta tags, and copy.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console; provide actionable insights and weekly reporting to stakeholders.
- Link Building: Develop and execute white-hat link building campaigns to improve domain authority and referral traffic.
- Algorithm Adaptation: Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and implement necessary changes to maintain and improve search rankings.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of Google's core algorithms, E-E-A-T guidelines, and Core Web Vitals.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or Moz.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for technical implementation.
