Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive trends and opportunities through 2026
- Produce executive-level trend reports and whitepapers on AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Build and mentor a team of junior futurists using cutting-edge foresight methodologies
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of delivering actionable future scenarios to executive audiences
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and thought leadership portfolio
