Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate resilience) to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce white papers and thought leadership for industry summits
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published research on emerging technology adoption patterns
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Track record advising C-suite on disruptive technology strategies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
