Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and sustainable tech sectors
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to identify emerging opportunities and disruptive risks
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future trends into actionable business strategies with measurable KPIs
- Champion innovation culture through internal workshops and external thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or technology leadership with proven 2026+ vision projects
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Track record of implementing strategies that generated $50M+ revenue impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
