Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning to identify and analyze disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market trends impacting 2026+
- Develop and communicate forward-looking strategic frameworks that inform product roadmaps and business decisions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with future opportunities
- Design and facilitate scenario planning workshops for cross-functional teams
- Produce high-impact trend reports and white papers for internal and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or corporate foresight roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic roadmapping
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and presenting to C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies highly desirable
