Responsibilities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on 2026 technology adoption curves
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and climate tech
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models
- Present at global conferences on exponential change and long-term strategy
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or corporate foresight roles
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gephi, Tableau, Prophet)
- Track record of influencing enterprise-level transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful long-term strategy implementations
