- Produce strategic whitepapers and thought leadership content on future-proofing organizations
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints to prototype next-gen business models
- Advolve product development teams in embedding foresight into lifecycle planning
- Build proprietary trend intelligence dashboards using predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy for global enterprises
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and cross-impact matrix methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP-LED)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
