- Identify and prioritize innovation opportunities across product lines
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
