Responsibilities
- Lead scenario planning and horizon scanning for global technology and societal shifts
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers on emerging tech disruptions
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing business models
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic impacts on innovation ecosystems
- Build AI-powered forecasting models for industry-specific disruptions
- Advolve cross-functional teams in translating foresight into R&D priorities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech or societal transformation
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience advising C-suite on technological disruption
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate resilience
