Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology trend forecasts using quantitative analysis and qualitative research
- Design strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology adoption
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Author thought leadership publications read by industry CTOs and innovation officers
- Manage cross-functional teams executing future-scoping projects with $5M+ budgets
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present findings to boards of directors and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Published research on 4IR technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record influencing enterprise technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional public speaking skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
