Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and validate paradigm-shifting technologies for 2026 implementation
- Develop comprehensive trend reports and impact analyses on AI ethics, neurotech, and climate tech convergence
- Architect innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons for quantum-encrypted systems
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and investor forums
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Futurecasting Framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI, biotech, or quantum systems
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (min. 3 products)
- Expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of Web3, synthetic biology, or advanced robotics
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field preferred
