Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to inform strategic planning
- Develop and communicate long-term innovation roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing prototype projects and market experiments
- Collaborate with R&D departments to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Present foresight findings and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
