Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in tech, energy, and healthcare
- Produce high-impact trend reports with quantifiable market impact projections
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with data-driven strategic recommendations
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation incubation program
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready products and services
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) preferred
