Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets

- Facilitate strategic foresight workshops with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product development pipelines
- Establish KPIs and metrics for innovation success, tracking ROI on future-focused initiatives
- Represent the organization at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior futurists and build a culture of proactive innovation across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities with data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong executive presence and experience influencing C-suite leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (articles, white papers, books)
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and technical landscapes
