Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning methodologies for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions and validate market readiness
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight insights into product roadmaps
- Author high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations for global stakeholders
- Build and maintain external networks with futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive organizational culture of innovation through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to translate complex insights
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership pieces
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, horizon scanning)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile innovation environments
