As a key member of our Global Futures Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and academic partners to shape our 5-year strategic horizon. The ideal candidate combines rigorous analytical thinking with bold creative intuition to transform foresight into actionable business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Vision' strategic whitepapers for C-suite and board audiences
- Design scenario-planning frameworks to prepare the organization for disruptive futures
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with 50+ stakeholders to align on strategic priorities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Translate complex future projections into product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Present strategic foresight insights at industry conferences and executive retreats
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing long-term (5+ year) strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures research methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive decision-making
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (portfolio required)
