Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Produce strategic roadmaps for next-gen product development aligned with 2026 societal shifts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to incubate emerging technologies
- Present future vision to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AR/VR ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
