Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to map emerging technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop and maintain future scenario models for global markets and industries
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Present future insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning skills
- Strong executive communication and presentation abilities
- Portfolio published future trend analysis or thought leadership
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation (preferred)
