Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year foresight roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops identifying disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Produce actionable strategic briefings for C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer future-focused research
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic signals to anticipate market disruptions
- Design and launch corporate foresight training programs across global divisions
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish thought leadership in top-tier publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic frameworks
