Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts impacting 2026+ horizons
- Develop and present future scenarios, strategic recommendations, and innovation roadmaps to executive leadership
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation domains
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future insights into product development roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Produce thought leadership content including reports, whitepapers, and executive briefings
- Facilitate workshops and strategic sessions to align cross-functional teams on future opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and Web3
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience working with C-suite executives across technology, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (publications, conferences)
