Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 Strategic Vision for the organization, aligning technology trends with business goals.
- Lead high-level R&D initiatives focused on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) for the 2026 timeframe.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for long-term innovation projects.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify disruptive opportunities.
- Manage a portfolio of innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable ROI.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and adaptability across the engineering and product teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or technical leadership within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven track record of defining long-term product roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep understanding of emerging technology trends relevant to 2026 (e.g., Generative AI, Sustainable Tech).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
