Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Roadmap, aligning architectural strategies with business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, microservices-based architectures capable of handling high-throughput data streams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to integrate emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and Quantum Computing concepts into our stack.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and security.
- Drive technical decision-making processes, balancing innovation with operational stability.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading 2026 strategic initiatives and translating long-term visions into actionable engineering tasks.
- Strong expertise in system design patterns, distributed systems, and high-availability solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
