Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance software features using modern technologies (Python/Java & React).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to define, design, and ship new features from concept to deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through rigorous testing, profiling, and monitoring.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture planning, coding, and maintenance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full stack environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Java and modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
