Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to solve critical business challenges.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define data requirements and model success metrics.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering to uncover hidden patterns and insights within large datasets.
- Optimize and retrain existing models to improve accuracy, latency, and efficiency in production environments.
- Communicate complex technical findings and model performance to non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and reports.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, with strong expertise in libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, A/B testing, and experimental design.
- Strong experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and data warehousing solutions (e.g., SQL, Snowflake).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
