Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Mining: Design and implement complex data models to extract actionable insights from large, diverse datasets.
- Advanced Reporting: Develop and maintain executive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct rigorous statistical testing to validate hypotheses and forecast future trends with high accuracy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to translate data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose automation solutions using Python or SQL.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of all data sources and reporting outputs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy). Experience with ETL processes.
- Visualization Tools: Strong command of Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
