Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to define data requirements and deliver meaningful insights.
- Build automated reporting systems to streamline weekly and monthly reporting processes.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and measure campaign performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all data sources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for advanced data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agile environment.
