Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to support weekend reporting cycles.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and Python scripts for automated data analysis.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau/PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data anomalies and operational inefficiencies.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing rigorous quality assurance checks on weekend datasets.
- Generate weekly and monthly analytical reports for management review and decision-making.
- Mentor junior analysts on data best practices and weekend reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data manipulation and querying.
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or advanced Excel macros for data processing.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Monday or Saturday-Sunday schedules).
