Responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within weekend operational workflows.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across all systems, performing regular data audits and cleansing.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to define data requirements and interpret complex business problems.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to support weekend inventory and resource allocation planning.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise documentation for data pipelines and analytical methodologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the technology or e-commerce sector.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas/NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization: Expert level knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights.
