Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel techniques to identify trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive presentations
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions
- Validate data integrity and implement quality control processes
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, actionable recommendations
- Maintain documentation for data models and analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with weekend shift background preferred
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and advanced Excel functions
- Strong portfolio demonstrating data visualization projects with Tableau/Power BI
- Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL processes
