Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Perform ETL processes using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and quality for weekend reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Generate detailed weekly and monthly analytical reports for senior leadership and department heads.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover hidden patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and operations teams to define data requirements and improve reporting processes.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data models, schemas, and analytical methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a corporate or financial setting.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Visualization: Proven experience using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Schedule: Must be available to work Friday through Sunday during standard business hours.
