Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Execute complex SQL queries and data mining to extract, clean, and transform large datasets for comprehensive reporting.
- Reporting & Visualization: Design and maintain dynamic dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize weekly performance metrics and KPIs.
- Trend Identification: Analyze historical data to forecast trends, identify anomalies, and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with the operations team to streamline data collection processes and improve overall data quality.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex data findings in clear, concise, and visually appealing formats to non-technical audiences.
- Weekend Operations Support: Ensure seamless data coverage and reporting during weekend shifts to support 24/7 business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, with a preference for candidates experienced in weekend or shift-based roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excel Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts as part of the standard full-time schedule.
