Responsibilities
- Data Management: Extract, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure high-quality input for analysis.
- Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI that provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis and regression modeling to forecast trends and assess business performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to define KPIs and develop data-driven strategies.
- Automation: Develop Python and SQL scripts to automate data pipelines and reduce manual reporting time.
- Communication: Present complex findings in a clear, concise manner to executive leadership and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced queries, stored procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Tools: Expert-level experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical data into business value.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated track record of accuracy in data handling and reporting.
