Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive stakeholders.
- Write efficient and optimized SQL queries to extract data from various databases and perform complex data mining.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Create and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within existing data workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into simple, understandable insights.
