Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality and integrity across all platforms.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data collection, storage, and reporting efficiency.
- Stay current with emerging data analysis tools and best practices to continuously improve analytical methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for advanced data manipulation.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
