Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable business intelligence.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and build custom reports.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, validation, and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast market trends and customer behavior.
- Present data-driven findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong experience with BI tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
