Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end data analysis process, from requirement gathering to final reporting.
- Design and maintain complex interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and forecasting using SQL and Python.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to drive business growth.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders through executive summaries and presentations.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve data infrastructure and quality.
- Automate reporting processes to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Strong mathematical and statistical background.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
