Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Create comprehensive business reports translating complex data into strategic recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control and validation processes
- Lead ad-hoc analytical projects supporting rapid decision-making across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Data Factory)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of healthcare or retail analytics is highly desirable
