- Visualize Insights: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) that make complex data accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical models.
- Data Integrity: Monitor data quality and integrity across systems, ensuring accurate reporting and validation of findings.
- Advanced Modeling: Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to predict market trends and customer behavior.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical processes for team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python or R for data manipulation, and experience with ETL processes.
- Visualization Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to translate technical findings into business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to executive leadership.
