Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- SQL & Python: Write complex SQL queries and scripts using Python/R to perform statistical analysis and automate reporting processes.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Reporting: Create clear, concise, and executive-ready reports that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Data Strategy: Recommend improvements to data collection processes and help establish best practices for data governance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying, joins, stored procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
