Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize KPIs and performance metrics for stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Develop automated reports and SQL scripts to streamline data reporting processes.
- Present complex data findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (subqueries, window functions, joins) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences effectively.
