Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and deliver actionable business insights
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to optimize business processes
- Create comprehensive data visualizations and presentations that communicate findings to non-technical audiences
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and measure campaign performance across digital channels
- Maintain data quality frameworks and ensure adherence to data governance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven track record in remote work environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling skills and experience with machine learning algorithms
