Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines to ensure accurate, timely reporting and analysis
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate key metrics to stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting solutions to streamline data delivery and reduce manual effort
- Present complex findings to executive leadership in clear, actionable formats
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational database management (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong programming abilities in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Proven track record of translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
