Your Mission:
Transform raw data into compelling narratives that guide executive strategy. You will own the data lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, presenting findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data processes and propose automated solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and familiarity with ETL tools (Airflow, Talend).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Location: Must reside within the United States (Phoenix, AZ preferred).
