Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and validate complex datasets to ensure high-quality reporting standards.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Present findings and insights to executive leadership in a compelling, narrative-driven format.
- Maintain data governance protocols and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the finance, healthcare, or technology sectors.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Optimization) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expert level skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Deep understanding of statistical concepts, A/B testing, and regression analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote setting.
