Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable insights
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with healthcare/finance focus
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics preferred
