Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position for a professional based in or willing to relocate to the Minneapolis area.
Your primary focus will be to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize our core business processes.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data sets to ensure high-quality input for analysis.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through in-depth data analysis.
- Document data pipelines and analysis methodologies for team transparency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Strong proficiency in Python or R.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
