Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop predictive models to forecast business outcomes and optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with product teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Automate reporting workflows to deliver real-time insights to leadership
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of driving business impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to diverse audiences
