- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Implement data governance frameworks ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all datasets
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data visualizations and executive summaries
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven impact in SaaS or tech
- Expert proficiency in SQL with complex query optimization and database design
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and statistical modeling techniques
- Tableau/Power BI certification with portfolio demonstrating enterprise-level dashboards
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate technical findings into business narratives
- Proven remote work experience with self-directed project management
